Shipping Information for Stock on Hand / Tailor-Made Dresses
Whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our dresses are personally tailored made for you.
Total Delivery Time is based on the time it will take to make your dresses + the time taken for the finished dress to be shipped to you.
Wedding Dresses, Special Occasion Dresses and Accessories
It will take 7-10 business days for processing if the items are available in stock or 15-20 business days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. It will then take about 5-10 business days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company standard.
Note : business days are not including Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays if any.
We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order, and once the creation process has begun the materials cannot be reused. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to make up your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.
Our Cancellations Policy
- Orders cancelled within 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
- Orders cancelled within 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 30% of the product purchase price.
- Orders cancelled after 72 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.
- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
For Rush Order
-Orders cancelled within 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 30% of the product purchase price (not including charge of rush order).
-Orders cancelled 48 after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost (not including charge of rush order).
You will receive an email from us when your payment has been confirmed.
Your dress can be returned with refund on the following conditions:
-The dress is not made with the size you offered;
-The dress is not in the color you selected, like the dress is in red and the one you chose was white;
-The dress is damaged because of our package, if the dress is damaged during delivery, the responsibility will be on the delivery company.
Returning For Replacement or Refund
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress has been made to your order specifications. Try on your dress as soon as possible without altering, or washing the dress.
If you are returning items, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair.
Defective and Damaged Items
If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must first obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from delivery carrier.
Sizing, Fitting or Specification Issues
As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and custom tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately 1.5 inches or 3.8cm in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily. All pictures are only a point of reference. Each dress is designed, cut and hand-stitched by our designer and dressmaker. As the pictures are for a reference only and the actual dress is the standard, the actual dress will be more or less variations with the pictures. Computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the pictures you saw.
Dress is the size you ordered but does not fit
Dresses that do not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered can not be returned.
As our dresses are made with additional fabric in the seams, you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor, at your own cost.
Please note: if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.
1) Submit a return request to Customer Service within 7 days of the arrival of your item, including an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.
2) Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item and the completed Product Return Form back to us as soon as possible.
3) Once received at our facility, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to two billing cycles for it to be credited to your account (shipping cost and rush order cost will not be returned). Items returned in unacceptable condition we will not be processed as refunds and will be shipped back to you.
